The perfect marriage of Pilates and barre, we introduce you to our new 45-minute Pilates Stick class. This class brings you the upbeat music and high-energy flow of a barre class, but with the tempo, mind-body connection, and smaller class size of Pilates (max. 8 people in the room).
The Pilates Stick, which mimics the Pilates roll-down bar, is a wooden bar attached to resistance cords that fastens to the ballet barre.

Our contemporary mat Pilates classes bring you 45-minutes of Pilates flow to build strength, increase flexibility and mobility, improve balance and help you find a deep core connection. In addition to traditional mat Pilates, we also offer a new “Power + Strength” class. This class is higher-intensity and uses medium-heavy weights for an added strength training element. While the entire class can still be performed low-impact, there are opportunities for high-impact and cardio-based bursts of movement.

12-hour cancellation policy for all Forme Barre and Pilates Mat classes.
24-hour cancellation policy for all Pilates Stick classes and Pilates Reformer Private + Duet appointments.
Reservations may be canceled online only through the Forme Nantucket app or the Forme Barre Nantucket website (by going to "Our Classes" and clicking on the "Log In" button on the right hand side of the schedule). We cannot accept cancellations by voicemail, email, or direct messages on social media.
Late-Arrival – You will not be allowed to enter class if you arrive 10 minutes after the class has started. Your spot in class may be given to the first person on the waitlist.
